Meet Alice Wikström a Mental and Emotional Health & Wellbeing Specialist

With more than 10 years of experience across Europe and Southeast Asia, I specialise in supporting high-pressure teams, senior leadership and culturally diverse groups through evidence-based, trauma-informed wellbeing programs.

My training spans Harvard Medical School, UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic trauma approaches and core-process psychotherapy. This diverse training background enables me to meet people with depth, nuance and cultural sensitivity.

Independent Research

I conduct an ongoing qualitative study examining stress and performance among ambitious professionals. Findings indicate that the most significant stressors often arise outside of work within relationships, family systems and life transitions and deeply influence presence, focus and capability at work. This insight shapes my whole-person approach to wellbeing and performance.

Earlier International Experience

Before specialising in mental health and wellbeing, I spent several years in China, where I founded and operated a textile sourcing agency serving premium Swedish fashion brands. This experience strengthened my capabilities in emerging-market strategy, stakeholder management, contract negotiation and cross-cultural communication. I later contributed to the book by Tony Fang “Att Göra Affärer i Dagens Kina”, drawing on these insights.
