Meet Alice an Emotional Resilience Coach.

My journey to supporting ambitious women in navigating stress and overwhelm stems from a deeply personal place. Before becoming a coach, I had a very demanding job that I not only enjoyed but found exhilarating. Stress, in a way, became a familiar friend—it pushed me to excel, to thrive under pressure. Yet, amidst the hustle and bustle of my career, the weight of family-related stressors such as worries for my kids or frustrations with my husband weighed heavily on my shoulders. Despite my ability to shine in my job, family conflicts often hindered my ability to be fully engaged both at work and home, leaving me with a sense of emptiness and guilt over my lack of presence.

Despite grappling with this inner turmoil, I chose to bury these feelings deep within, but the more I ignored them, the worse I felt. I became increasingly reactive and stressed, struggling to keep it all together. Minor inconveniences would turn my world upside down and I would lash out at the people I loved most. I failed to understand why I couldn't just push through, I didn’t want any disruptions, I just wanted to get on with my life. Gradually I  became emotionally numb—missing out on life's joys.

Wanting to break free from this heaviness and reclaim control over my life, I decided something had to change…

I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, courageously facing my stress and pain head-on, delving into mindfulness and meditation practices that I've now cultivated for nearly two decades. These practices transformed my life significantly, prompting me to pursue further studies to deepen my understanding.

As I delved deeper into the complexities of stress and overwhelm, I realised that conventional approaches often provided only temporary relief, scratching the surface of deeper issues. What I truly sought was enduring resilience, a capacity to navigate life's challenges with unwavering strength. It was by embracing the full spectrum of my emotions, that I discovered strength and resilience within myself that I never knew existed, and my life began to really change.

I became fully present for the people I cherished, showing up for them when they needed me, excelling in my career while also thriving as a partner and mother, striking a harmonious balance. And importantly, I learned to not be so hard on myself, cultivating compassion and understanding.

After undergoing this journey of transformation, I felt compelled to share the invaluable lessons and experiences I had gained with the world. It became clear to me that more women deserved access to the knowledge and transformation I had encountered. This realisation, combined with years of devoted study, inspired my transition into coaching, which I have been proudly doing for almost a decade.

I'm here to equip you with lasting tools that go beyond addressing your current feelings. Together, we'll prepare you to face any future challenges with resilience, empowering you to be more present with your loved ones and navigate life's ups and downs with confidence and strength.
